1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CatchFish (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CatchFish is an AI-powered tool that analyzes dating profiles, photos, and related content to surface possible indicators of scams, fake profiles, or AI-generated images. Results are informational risk indicators only, not a guarantee or definitive determination about any person or profile.

CatchFish is intended for use only by individuals 18 years of age or older, for the evaluation of profiles and content belonging to adults.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

CatchFish offers a free tier with limited usage, paid monthly and annual subscriptions, and a one-time "Single Analysis" purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features through the remainder of the period you've already paid for.

4. No Refunds for Partial Periods

Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds or credits for any unused portion of a subscription period, or for a one-time purchase, once the purchase has been made.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harass, stalk, defame, or discriminate against any individual based on analysis results;
Violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
Use the Service to build a competing product or scrape it at scale;
Use the Service to analyze, upload, or submit any photo, profile, or content depicting or purporting to depict an individual under the age of 18. CatchFish is intended solely for use by and evaluation of adults.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that CatchFish's scam or fake-profile detection will be accurate, complete, or error-free. Analysis results should be treated as one input among many, not as a definitive verdict about any individual or profile.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatchFish and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
